Japanese Cuisine Horikawa is a long standing restaurant at Hotel New Otani with a history of 50 years. You can enjoy course menus, shabu-shabu using Japanese Black, and blow fish nabe (only available from November to February) that are all made with carefully chosen ingredients. In addition to the main dining room, there are also private rooms that can be used for meetings and gatherings.

Japanese Cuisine Horikawa hosts a fugu-kaiseki limited plan until February. It is limited only during the winter!!
Fugu is a blow fish in Japanese. Fugu is usually poisonous, but Japan has the high technique to get rid of the poison. Chefs that only have the spceial certificates are able to prepare the fugu. It might be difficult to imagine from the appearance of the fugu itself, but fugu is very delicious with the beautiful look when cut into sashimi. Japan is one of the few place to enjoy fugu. Try the course menu on your winter day in Japan!
