　 i-cafe is the very first hydrogen cafe in the world! You can have fresh ingradients that are made with hydroponics in the cafe. Traditional Japanese cuisines using enzyme are also available. Reservations are required 5 days in advance for the enzyme dishes in order to serve the fermented seasonings at the best timing. Come taste the real washoku other than the well-known sushi.
